1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each user is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds and winnings. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or shared with any other individual.

3. Account Registration & Management

Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not.

3.2 Account Verification

933ok employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to ensure compliance with legal requirements and prevent fraud. You may be required to submit identification documents such as National ID Card, utility bills showing your current address, or other documents as requested. Verification is typically required before processing withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000. Refusal to complete verification may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must immediately notify 933ok if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account. 933ok is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security. 3.4 Account Closure

Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Unclaimed balances after 90 days may be subject to administrative fees.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Verified accounts can withdraw up to ৳500,000 per day; higher limits available for VIP members. Processing times: mobile wallets (12-24 hours), bank transfers (24-48 hours).

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before processing a withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification if your cumulative withdrawals exceed ৳50,000. Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. 933ok reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

933ok does not charge withdrawal fees for verified accounts. Unverified accounts or accounts with suspicious activity may be subject to administrative fees. Your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.4 Declined Withdrawals

933ok may decline withdrawal requests if: account verification is incomplete, bonus wagering requirements are not met, suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, or the account violates these Terms & Conditions.

6. Betting Rules & Conduct

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets must be placed before the event or market closes. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. 933ok reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, event, and market.

6.2 Betting Outcomes

Bet settlements are based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a void, cancelled, or abandoned match, bets are typically refunded unless specific market rules state otherwise. 933ok's decision on bet settlement is final.

6.3 Prohibited Betting Practices
